“Southern Iceland, towards the glaciers of the eastern part of the island, we find ourselves in front of an extremely silent, solemn landscape. The cold dark water exactly reflects the shape of this promontory like a mirror. A swirling sky threatens bad weather on the horizon until I’ll be arrived at my next destination. It makes me think about how this place can remain so intact and immobile even after my passage, regardless of the emotional impact it had on me. Definitely another episode in which the earth reminded me how the concept of time is subjective and can make even a moment seem like an era of thousands of years.”
