Hammock at sunrise 46x54

Finally we reach the Rioacha desert by jeep. The sun has just set. Towards the equator, daytime has almost always the same length throughout the year and in summer the sun does not set so late as in Italy. An already sleepy fishing village awaits with a plate of fish caught that same morning. A family of green budgerigars watches us from the beam overhead of our mixed wood/tin bistro while we are already preparing to spend the night in our hammocks on the beach. Good night Colombia.
