L' isola dei pirati 70x40

“Since I was a child I’ve always been attracted by the mystery that surrounded pirates’ world. I liked seeing the color of the Caribbean Sea, I was moved by the unfurled sails of the galleons. Always seeking the hidden treasure, with palm trees coloring the beaches, parrots and monkeys on the boats’ docks. From the beginning with Peter Pan movies, and then moving on to Lego… how many days spent playing with my Captain Hook and his crew. I really put all of myself into this work, memories and above all my imagination, my taste. The island is apparently deserted, as if it had been abandoned, or perhaps a group of filibusters is hiding to take the vessel from which this shot is taken by surprise. We will never know, and even better, because each of us can go back to playing with our imagination like when we were children.”
