“Among best memories in Iceland there was the pink color the glaciers took on under the warm rays of the shy sun. I had wanted to live the Icelandic winter trip to fully experience the brute force of nature of lands close to the North Pole. It was fascinating the contrast between the lights’ pastel colors and the cutting winds that forced us to get out covered up like penguins. Due to the snow and ice, excursions towards the northern part of the large ring of the island could only be done on red 6-wheeled monsters like the one now parked in front of me.”
