“The island reminds me so much of a peanut in its shape; there is a large 8-shaped road that connects the extreme East with the West, allowing you to observe the coasts overlooking the Ocean on one side and at the same time the forest that enters the mainland until it rises to the great Haleakala volcano which sleeps peacefully and who knows if it will ever want to wake up. Maui is the island of the wind, of the snow, of the blue sea that kisses the sharp coast. It is a peaceful island but capable of releasing great energy in all possible forms”.
